Job summary

Westchester Medical Center seeks a Risk Analyst I to assist in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise security solutions within the Digital Transformation Information Services Information Security team.

The role covers firewall management, email security, cloud controls, IAM, and threat monitoring. Collaboration with IT teams is essential for incident response and situational intelligence across clinical, administrative, and financial areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted for degree requirements.
• Minimum 2–4 years of IT Infrastructure or IT Security experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco security technologies, including Cisco ISE; familiarity with Stealthwatch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage secure remote access solutions, including Zero Trust and SASE platforms.
• Assist design, implementation, and management of enterprise security solutions (Cisco ISE, Stealthwatch).
• Configure/maintain Palo Alto firewalls to enforce network policies.
• Administer and enhance email security and filtering solutions.
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls and policy enforcement.
• Design and support network segmentation per Zero Trust.
• Manage Microsoft EntraID capabilities including Conditional Access and MFA.
• Monitor CrowdStrike EDR alerts and responses.
• Support OT/IoT/medical device security initiatives; conduct risk reduction.
• Investigate security alerts and coordinate remediation with IT teams.
• Maintain security documentation, configurations, and runbooks.
