Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an Information Security Analyst Principal to advance enterprise cybersecurity across hybrid environments and lead vulnerability management for mission‑critical assets at Fort Bragg.

You will leverage Tenable Security Center, Linux/Red Hat admin skills, and DoD/NIST frameworks to strengthen security, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive incident response improvements. A TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Education: Security+, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Familiarity with RMF and NIST 800‑53 frameworks; DoD cyber environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise vulnerability management operations across Linux/Red Hat environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, network, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure configurations and rapid mitigation of vulnerabilities.
• Drive reporting, tune detection rules, and enhance endpoint security and threat‑detection fidelity.
• Apply Tenable Security Center, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Azure IL5/IL6 services to strengthen cyber defense.
