Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking an Information Security Analyst III to identify, investigate, contain, and help resolve security incidents while improving enterprise detection capabilities.

You will translate threat intelligence into monitoring workflows and serve as a senior technical resource among IT, Legal, Data Privacy, HR and business partners, maintaining Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience including security operations and incident response.
• Familiarity with incident response frameworks (NIST SP 800-61; MITRE ATT&CK).
• Advanced experience with SIEM and SOAR platforms and Microsoft security tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and investigate security incidents following IR policies and procedures.
• Analyze activity from security technologies and maintain investigation case records.
• Develop and maintain detection use cases, alerts, reports, and dashboards.
• Translate threat intelligence into threat models, detection logic, and response actions.
