Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking a Security Systems Coordinator to support operation and maintenance of multiple security systems at Cranberry Township, PA. You will report to the Manager, Global Security, with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Global Security, monitoring device lifecycles, planning for EOL, and producing timely reports while ensuring the integrity of access control and security databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Security Systems or Operations Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular interaction with Global Security Management, site leads, vendor dedicated resources, and all SOC team members to ensure coordination of Security Systems.
• Monitor lifecycles of cameras, card readers, panels, and server operating systems to prevent hardware degradation and firmware vulnerability.
• Plan for end-of-life (EOL) of equipment and software to replace legacy systems before they fail.
• Establish a mitigation strategy for capital requests for system redesigns or technology upgrades.
• Produce time-sensitive reports and notifications, and perform QA of team deliverables.
• Be the operational contact for Westinghouse Unescorted Access Program.
