Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, and/or data science/data engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in SIGINT/EW/Cyber operations with 5+ years hands-on engineering and development.
• Experience with software/model development, data pipelines, systems integration, and prototyping at the tactical level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with briefing experience to senior government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and engineer for IW R&D projects, evaluating approaches and defining integration pathways.
• Develop prototype capabilities using advanced techniques for sensing, targeting, automation, and decision-support; manage plans and resources via rapid sprints.
• Conduct analyses to identify shortfalls across SIGINT, EW, Cyber, and IW workflows; present data-driven recommendations.
• Assess proposals for technical feasibility and bridge capability gaps between MIP and non-MIP initiatives.
• Liaise between internal and external stakeholders to synchronize capabilities development, roadmaps, and performance metrics.
• Implement risk management processes within IW domain to identify and mitigate risks.
