Job summary

Core Services Group, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to support the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on fleet IW training and expert guidance to improve lethality and readiness.

The ideal candidate has broad Navy IW experience across systems, operations, and training, with leadership of contractor teams and direct NIWDC interface for performance, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Possess 20+ years of experience in Fleet/Navy IW mission areas (EW, cryptology, C2, space ops, intel).
• At least 10 years of this experience within the last 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and management leadership to a small contractor team, manage performance.
• Develop/validate IW CONOPS/doctrine/TTP.
• Provide IW advanced training at individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels.
• Assess IW training effectiveness and address capability gaps and improvements.
• Prepare briefings, POAMs, white papers, and related NIWDC support documents.
