Job summary

Core Services Group, Inc. seeks a journeyman-level professional to support the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on Fleet Advanced Tactics Training to enhance lethality, tactical proficiency, and warfighting readiness for the U.S. Navy IW community.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Navy Electromagnetic Warfare systems, tactical operations, and training. Location is Norfolk, VA, with TS//SCI clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years experience in the Fleet/Navy EW mission area (strong preference for recent work in last 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, validation, standardization, and revision of EW CONOPS/doctrine/TTP.
• Provide EW advanced training at multiple levels (individual to joint).
• Assess EW training effectiveness and address capability gaps; recommend system, training, and process improvements.
• Prepare briefings, POAMs, white papers, and other NIWDC support documents.

Overview: Core Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman-Level professional to support the Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC). This position provides Fleet Advanced Tactics Training Support for the United States Navy’s Information Warfare (IW) community to improve fleet lethality, tactical proficiency, and warfighting readiness.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Navy Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) systems, tactical operations, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, validation, standardization, and revision of EW concept of operations (CONOPS)/doctrine/TTP
• Provide EW advanced training at the individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels
• Support the assessment of EW training effectiveness in order to address capability and capacity gaps, and provide recommendations for systems, training, and processes improvement
• Prepare briefings, POAMs, white papers, and other documents required to support NIWDC

Required Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the Fleet/Navy EW mission area, with a strong preference for candidates who have actively worked in the domain within the last five (5) years
