Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Fleet/Navy Cryptology operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, validation, standardization, and revision of Cryptology CONOPS/doctrine/TTP.
• Provide Cryptology advanced training at individual, unit, group, integrated, and joint levels.
• Assess training effectiveness to address gaps and recommend improvements to systems, training, and processes.
• Prepare briefings, POAMs, white papers, and other documents to support NIWDC.
