POSITION TITLE: SeniorIT Project Manager
DEPARTMENT: Information Technology
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading IT projects, improving project governance, and fostering collaboration across the organization to ensure technology initiatives align with strategic objectives. This role oversees a team, including a Business Analyst and two Report Developers, ensuring effective alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.
The Senior IT Project Manager will play a key role in establishing standardized project management practices and processes. This role also requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management & Governance
- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Establish and maintain project management practices across IT initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and changes, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Implement best practices in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies to drive efficiency.
- Develop and manage budgets for short- and long-term projects as well as operational budget related to the role.
- In collaboration with Vice President, Information Technology and Infrastructure establish and monitor progress toward key performance indicators (KPIs) for infrastructure and technology efforts, supporting revenue generation and organizational growth.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business units to understand needs, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into actionable IT solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct business process analysis to optimize workflows and identify technology-driven improvements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document business needs.
Nimble AMS and Salesforce & Technology Integration
- Stay informed on Nimble AMS and Salesforce updates and recommend how new features can be leveraged to improve business processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Nimble AMS and Salesforce and other technology platforms to drive operational efficiency.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure smooth system integration and enhancements.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
- Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for direct reports.
- Guide team members in project management best practices to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Strategic Leadership in Project Management
- Guide the development and implementation of standardized project delivery and governance.
- Standardize project reporting and performance tracking to enhance decision-making and strategic alignment.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of project management documentation, templates, and best practices.
- Encourage the adoption of project management tools to enhance visibility and collaboration.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale projects, preferably in a SaaS environment, with 5+ years of supervisory experience.
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar project management certification preferred.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, risk management, change management, and user acceptance testing (UAT), with a track record of successfully leading IT projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and present complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Strong business analysis capabilities to translate technical and business requirements effectively and optimize resources to achieve business goals.
- Experience with Nimble AMS and Salesforce (SQOL), with the ability to identify and recommend relevant features for business needs.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and supervising teams, including remote staff, while setting priorities and guiding professional growth.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, foster alignment across departments, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, vendor management, and content analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, or equivalent).
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Office 365 products and applications and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance user experience.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning, quality, and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
