Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Information Systems Project Manager to join the Business Lifecycle Solutions team in the Corporate IT portfolio. This role focuses on enterprise resource management toolsets, delivering IT projects with strong emphasis on security and governance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, guide project execution, and implement change-management plans to ensure a smooth transition to operations while supporting tech-specific needs and stakeholder

Qualifications

5+ years leading IT projects or programs across multiple functional areas.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with leadership teams.
Ability to work under general direction and independently drive solutions.
Experience in enterprise IT portfolio/resource management.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, high-visibility IT projects with matrixed teams.
Prepare project execution plans and assign roles.
Ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery meeting security and business requirements.
Guide teams using IT project-management best practices.
Stay current with IT trends and apply best practices.
Coordinate delivery across design, security, testing, and deployment.
Develop change-management plans including training and communications.
