Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Senior Information Systems Manager for a 100% onsite role in San Jose, CA. This full-time, direct-hire position leads the IT strategy, security, and operations across hardware, software, networks, and databases.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT leadership, strong governance experience, and expertise in Oracle environments, cloud, and cybersecurity. Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

10 years of proven experience as IT manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Hands-on experience with IT systems, infrastructure, Oracle applications and databases, networking, and security.
Experience with IT audit and compliance including SOX/JSOX and IT General Controls.
Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement an IT strategy and budget aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate cybersecurity assessments, due diligence questionnaires, remediation requests, and evidence submissions.
Manage IT support, issue resolution, and core business system integrations with stakeholders.
Oversee vendors, contracts, licenses, telecom, cloud services, and related finances.
Lead and mentor IT professionals and teams.
Plan and manage IT projects to meet timelines, budgets, and quality.
Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
Ensure the reliability, security, and availability of IT infrastructure and systems.
