Job summary

Quantech Services is seeking an experienced Information System Security Engineer to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. The ISSE-Senior will perform security assessments, validate requirements, and design security into multi-enclave environments to meet DoD and NSA/CSS RMF standards.

Requirements include active TS/SCI with poly, DoD 8570 IASAE Level 3, ISSEP and CISSP certifications, and 20 years of ISSE experience on comparable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security System Engineering, or related discipline is required.
• A Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience; reduces requirement by two years.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements gathering and analysis.
• Serve as the primary security engineering representative on engineering teams for secure networking, computing and enclave environments.
• Apply cyber security policy and workforce knowledge to design and implement secure environments.
• Interact with the customer and project team members.
• Lead security engineering on architectures, systems or components.
• Support enforcement of trusted relationships among external systems.
• Contribute to security planning, risk analysis, and risk management.
• Identify security requirements for Government data handling.
• Provide security planning and risk management.
• Design system or network configurations across multiple enclaves.
