Job summary

6AM City, LLC is seeking a security-focused professional to establish and satisfy complex system-wide information security requirements in collaboration with government and commercial stakeholders. You will support doctrine and policy development, and apply security engineering to diverse systems, including special purpose environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Interim Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as ISSE/ISSD/ISSO/ISSM.
• Experience in the defense industry; familiarity with the DoD acquisition community.
• Must comply with DOD training requirements (DODD 8570.01, DOD 8570.01-M, AR25-2) within 6 months after employment.
• Must reside within 35 miles driving distance of the Detroit Arsenal.

Responsibilities

• Establish and satisfy complex system-wide information security requirements.
• Support customers in development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
• Apply security engineering to government and commercial systems, including special purpose systems.
• Ensure acquisitions, procurements, and outsourcing address information security requirements.
• Evaluate and implement security improvement actions as required.
• Monitor and evaluate cybersecurity safeguards for effectiveness.
