Resource Management Concepts, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Analyst acting as an Information Security Systems Officer (ISSO) to support a Navy program in Patuxent River, MD.

The role focuses on RMF activities, ATO packages, and ensuring compliance with DoD security controls within a classified environment. The candidate must hold a DoD SECRET clearance, have a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience (or an associate degree plus 4 years), and possess CISM/CISSP/GSLC with RMF

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; substitution: associate degree + 4 years
• Active DoD SECRET clearance required to start
• Must meet DoD 8570-1M certification requirements
• Must hold one of CISM, CISSP (or Associate), or GSLC; RMF experience essential

Responsabilités

• Lead ISSO for a designated NAVAIR program
• Develop and maintain RMF authorization packages
• Coordinate and document ATO boundaries and related MFRs
• Ensure compliance with DoD security controls, STIGs and policies
• Perform RMF ISSO duties including validation, documentation, and IATTs
• Manage day-to-day cybersecurity activities and team oversight
• Conduct Cyber Tabletop exercises and vulnerability management
