Job summary

Quantech Services is seeking an experienced Information System Security Manager to join our team at Fort Meade, MD. The role leads the Information Assurance program, ensuring security policies, standards, and procedures are implemented and followed across the system.

You will manage SSPS, risk assessments, and security documentation, while guiding ISSOs/ISSEs in evaluating security solutions for classified processing and DIACAP/RMF compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of related work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with FS polygraph is required.
• Twelve years of work experience in security authorization or related field.
• Knowledge of security tools, hardware/software security implementation, and PKI/encryption techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide management for proposed, coordinated, and enforced Information System Security policies and procedures.
• Oversee System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessments, C&A packages, and SRTMs.
• Lead security authorization activities per RMF/DIACAP requirements.
• Direct day-to-day security operations and support ISSOs/ISSEs.
• Interact with stakeholders to define Cybersecurity objectives and ensure compliance across programs.
