5, ARC‑AMPE, and IRS Publication 1075 requirements into concrete configurations and automated controls. You will lead security engineering across IAM, network, endpoint, cloud, and application security, review assessments and reports, and mentor security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or cybersecurity; extensive security experience may substitute.
• Strong background interpreting NIST 800-53 Rev.5 controls in complex environments.
• Hands-on architecture and engineering across cloud and on‑premises environments.

Responsibilities

• Own secure architecture; design and review secure architectures and patterns.
• Translate security controls into concrete engineering configurations and hardening.
• Lead security engineering across IAM, network, endpoint, cloud, and app security.
• Direct vulnerability management with strategy, prioritization, and remediations.
• Assess control gaps; develop remediation strategies and support CMS ATC readiness.
• Provide QA and mentorship for security assessments, policies, and artifacts.
• Advise on incident response, detection, and post-incident analyses.
