Job summary

ICW Group Holdings, Inc. seeks an Information Security Engineer IV to design secure architectures and drive cybersecurity initiatives across ICW Group systems and infrastructure. You will monitor, defend, and optimize security controls while partnering with business units to reduce risk.

The role requires extensive security engineering experience, knowledge of IDS/IPS, SIEM, and cloud security, and the ability to lead complex security projects in a HYBRID San Diego office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking or Computer Science.
• Minimum 10 years in security engineering roles designing secure networks and architectures.
• Minimum 3-5 years in AWS Cloud Security services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design secure architectures and develop cybersecurity approaches for ICW Group systems.
• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches and respond to incidents.
• Lead security incident response and remediation efforts.
• Develop and enforce security standards and policies across IT environment.
• Coordinate risk assessments, audits, and security reports.
