Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an experienced Information Assurance professional to support an information systems security program. The role focuses on implementing RMF, maintaining SSPs and C&A artifacts, and providing security operations across classified systems.

The position requires a Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph and US citizenship, with at least ten years of ISSO experience on similar contracts. DoD 8570 IAM Level I+ is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of ISSO experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to senior ISSOs for implementing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation including SSPs, RMF artifacts, and ATO packages.
• Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.
• Maintain records on workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, and network devices including upgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation for C&A in accordance with ODNI and DoD policies.
• Provide configuration management for security-relevant software, hardware, and firmware.
