In this job, you will:

• Lead the area of Trial and Error for Promotions Stage, identify and pursue research with critical business impact, and build convincing cases for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Develop solid relationships with cross‑functional partners from product, design, engineering, strategy, shopper research, and other relevant areas.
• Execute and introduce solid experiments, aggregate data, and drive others to adopt findings, fostering an open culture of collaboration, growth, and academic curiosity.
• Convey data‑driven solutions through demonstrations and machine learning, data investigation, and solid documentation with an eye toward impact and commitment to the larger DSE community.
• Be a thought leader for product, operations, and design teams in the area of Trial and Error for Promotions.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate education in measurements, statistics, mathematics, computer science, finance, or related quantitative fields.
• Initiative (staff level) insight with extensive data experience and a demonstrated capacity to lead cross‑functional initiatives, work autonomously, and energize others.
• Strong quantitative data and analytical skills, including experience in statistical or other product‑analytics settings.
• Strong product data and analytical skills, including experience in customer or UI settings or within specialized consumer segments such as designers.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and drive product change across stakeholder groups.
• Solid SQL skills and proficiency in quantitative programming with Python or R.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and concisely to audiences at various levels.
• Will coaching, conceptualizing with, and empowering others, especially within your functional area.
• Effective for gathering and cultivating specialist networks across (e.g., flat gatherings, workshops, and seminars) and remotely (e.g., virtual meetings).
