Qualifications

• 10+ years in knowledge management or related fields.
• Experience with IT systems and transformation in federal context.
• Ability to develop technology requirements and transition plans.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assess knowledge management practices and supporting IT systems.
• Provide input into process re-engineering and implementation planning.
• Develop requirements and transition plans for tech and KM improvements.
• Support implementation using Agile practices and coordinate with stakeholders.
