Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is looking for an Information Process Engineer to assess and optimize a federal health agency's knowledge management practices and IT systems. You will evaluate how current platforms support to-be processes, contribute to technology recommendations, and help develop requirements and transition plans for improvements.

You will assist with process re-engineering, implementation planning, and post-implementation evaluation, ensuring alignment with subagency data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; Master's preferred.
3+ years of experience in knowledge management, information systems, digital transformation, or business process engineering.
Experience assessing IT systems/knowledge management infrastructure and developing technology recommendations in a federal agency context.
Experience developing system/technology requirements and transition plans.

Responsibilities

Support assessments of client knowledge management practices and supporting IT systems.
Identify repositories, collaboration platforms, and document management systems in use across the assessed footprint.
Provide input into process re‑engineering, implementation planning, and post‑implementation program evaluation activities.
