Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, information systems, digital transformation, or business process engineering.
• Experience assessing IT systems/knowledge management infrastructure and developing technology recommendations in a federal agency context.
• Experience developing system/technology requirements and transition plans.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management & IT Systems Assessment: Assess knowledge management practices and IT systems to enable access to work products, decisions, and historic documentation throughout their lifecycle.
• Technology Recommendations & Requirements Development: Support IT stack optimization and develop requirements and transition plans for knowledge management improvements.
• Implementation Support: Identify dependencies, risks, sequencing, and coordinate with HHS stakeholders; apply Agile practices.
