Job summary

Digital Consultants, LLC is seeking a Senior Information Assurance (IA) Analyst / Program Manager to support the U.S. Army in Arlington, VA.

The role combines IA leadership with program management, including IASO duties and serving as the COR's primary point of contact for contract performance. Responsibilities include managing IA/Cybersecurity in a Microsoft Azure IaaS environment, maintaining RMF compliance, STIG auditing, and sustaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) with a view to obtaining

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 6+ years in IA/Cybersecurity maintaining security posture in Azure IaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams.
  • IA certification at IAM Level II (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CASP+ CE, CAP, or GSLC).
  • Must have or be able to obtain DoW CAC and maintain it.

Responsibilities

  • Perform IASO duties as part of Information Assurance program.
  • Serve as COR's main point of contact for performance oversight.
  • Manage IA/Cybersecurity program in Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
  • Maintain system security posture within Azure IaaS.
  • Support IA/Cybersecurity requirements involving .NET, Windows, Azure, Oracle, and RedHat.
  • Support SDLC security requirements.
  • Implement and audit STIG checklists.
  • Oversee RMF processes and continuous monitoring.
  • Maintain current ATO and obtain new ATO when needed.
  • Act on contractor day-to-day operations as needed.

Senior Information Assurance (IA) Analyst / Program Manager (PM) to support the U.S. Army Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR) Information Assurance Support Services requirement. The Senior IA Analyst/PM is designated by the Government as Key Personnel and will perform Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) duties and serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative's (COR) main point of contact responsible for performance of the work.

The Senior IA Analyst/PM will provide Information Assurance/Cybersecurity leadership supporting systems within a Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environment and will oversee cybersecurity compliance, Risk Management Framework (RMF), continuous monitoring, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance, and Authority to Operate (ATO) sustainment.

Duties to include:
  • Perform Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) duties.
  • Serve as the COR's main point of contact responsible for performance of the work.
  • Manage the overall Information Assurance/Cybersecurity program in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
  • Maintain system security posture and manage security within a Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environment.
  • Support IA/Cybersecurity requirements involving .NET, Windows, Azure, Oracle, and RedHat.
  • Support data architecture and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) security requirements.
  • Implement and audit against Government Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists.
  • Oversee Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and continuous monitoring.
  • Successfully maintain the system's current Authority to Operate (ATO).
  • Support obtaining a new ATO upon expiration of the current authorization.
  • Exercise authority to act for the contractor on matters relating to the daily operation of the contract.
  • Remain available during the required 8-hour duty day or ensure the designated alternate is available.
Requirements
  • Clearance: Must have, at minimum, a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI), or equivalent or higher investigation, at the time of proposal submission. Must be able to obtain a DoW Common Access Card (CAC) and maintain it for the duration of the contract.
  • Certifications: Must be IA certified at the IAM Level II certification level (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CASP+ CE, CAP, or GSLC) upon contract award and maintain throughout the life of the contract
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of technical and compliance experience maintaining a system's security posture and managing security within a Microsoft Azure IaaS environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams.
  • Strategic and technical expertise required to manage an overall IA/Cybersecurity program in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
  • Proven IA/Cybersecurity experience managing the security posture of systems involving .NET, Windows, Azure, Oracle, and RedHat.
  • Strong background in data architecture, SDLC, RedHat, and Windows security and administration.
  • Highly familiar with implementing and auditing against Government STIG checklists.
  • Experience overseeing RMF processes and continuous monitoring.
  • Ability to maintain the current ATO and obtain a new ATO upon expiration.
Physical Requirements

The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 depending on experience.
