Responsibilities

• Lead informatics projects, including enterprise initiatives and tactical efforts.
• Provide program-level oversight of scope, schedule, cost, performance, and quality.
• Coordinate resources across multiple domains to ensure high quality, compliant solutions.
• Apply full SDLC knowledge from planning through sustainment.
• Leverage enterprise networking, information planning, and business process reengineering to drive solutions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks with proactive strategies.
• Ensure disciplined cost, schedule and performance management with forecasting and reporting.
• Champion SAFe Lean Agile practices to drive value delivery and change.
• Empower Agile teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Serve as senior liaison with stakeholders, delivering clear status updates and guidance.
