Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Informatics Product Manager to lead reliability, security, and scalability of Bio-Rad's Quality System Informatics. You will set roadmaps for connectivity, identity (SSO), accessibility, cybersecurity, and shared services, owning standards and upgrade readiness for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
• 8+ years of product management experience in diagnostics, biotech, med-tech, or related systems roles.
• Strong product discovery skills and translating insights into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in developing and presenting business cases to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and distill into a strategic roadmap for platform solutions.
• Own and communicate product vision, priorities, and tradeoffs for core platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, commercial teams and support to deliver roadmap outcomes and ship on time.
• Set platform standards and release readiness criteria for security, quality, and supportability.
• Translate customer problems into crisp decisions and keep delivery and readiness on track.
