Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in healthcare informatics, operational improvement, workflow design, healthcare technology implementation, digital transformation, or related areas.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead major operational transformation initiatives involving enterprise applications (Epic Ambulatory, Workday, UKG, and integrated systems).
• Conduct workflow analysis and future-state design for revenue cycle, scheduling, workforce management, and staffing.
• Collaborate with IT and operation teams to ensure system interoperability.
• Develop project plans, testing strategies, communication plans, and adoption metrics.
• Identify barriers affecting implementation success and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, governance standards, and lifecycle methodologies.
