Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The role focuses on Golden Records, data quality, source system onboarding, and cloud data synchronization with AWS, Snowflake, and related platforms.

The ideal candidate will lead on-site and offshore delivery teams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver robust MDM architecture, data models, and API integrations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Platform development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain), including data models, match/merge rules, trust configuration, workflows, and SIF APIs.
• Experience with IDQ, IDMC, and PowerCenter implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica MDM configurations including Match Rules and Data Models.
• Configure and integrate source systems into the MDM ecosystem and support onboarding/migration.
• Develop and support IDQ data quality solutions for cleansing, validation, and governance.
• Design and implement inbound APIs and enterprise data exchange services.
• Manage Golden Record creation, survivorship, and data governance processes.
• Build AWS-based data synchronization using DynamoDB and integration with Snowflake.
• Monitor platform health with Dynatrace, Kibana/ELK, CloudWatch; support 24x7 operations.
