Job summary

Cognizant in Dover, DE seeks an experienced Lead Informatica MDM Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise MDM solutions leveraging Informatica MDM, IDQ, and IDMC. You will manage Golden Records, data quality, and integrations, while coordinating onsite-offshore delivery teams.

The role requires technical leadership, production support, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive data governance and cloud-based data synchronization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Integration, or Enterprise Data Platform development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM (Multi-Domain), including data models, match and merge rules, trust configuration, workflows, and SIF APIs.
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), IDMC, and PowerCenter implementations and support.
• Strong knowledge of API integration, messaging services, batch processing, enterprise integration patterns, and data synchronization architectures.
• Experience with AWS services including DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and cloud-based data integration solutions.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms for real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Experience supporting production environments, monitoring tools, incident management, and operational support processes.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, data quality, data governance, and master data management expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery teams and mentoring junior developers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Informatica MDM configurations and data models.
• Configure and integrate source systems into the MDM ecosystem and support onboarding.
• Develop and support IDQ solutions for cleansing and governance.
• Design inbound APIs, outbound events, MQ integrations, and data exchange services.
• Manage Golden Record creation, survivorship, lineage, and governance processes.
• Build AWS-based data sync and caching with DynamoDB; integrate with Snowflake.
• Monitor platform health using Dynatrace, Kibana/ELK, CloudWatch; ensure observability.
• Support 24x7 production operations and incident response.
• Develop automated tests (Cucumber, JUnit, JMeter) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with business/tech stakeholders; provide technical recommendations.
• Act as onsite technical lead coordinating offshore delivery teams.
