Job summary

The candidate should bring 8+ years of Infor LN/BAAN consulting and strong stakeholder facilitation skills to collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, Procurement, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Infor LN / BAAN functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Item Management and related processes.
• Experience with multisite item configuration and item governance.
• Strong Windchill to ERP LN integration knowledge and ION integrations.
• Experience supporting global ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of ERP LN Item Management processes.
• Drive item setup and synchronization from Windchill to ERP LN for multiple sites.
• Support item master creation, site-specific configuration, and governance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM, Procurement and IT teams.
• Support integration design, testing, CRP/SIT/UAT, deployment and hypercare.
• Create functional specs and training materials.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Functional Consultant with strong Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Item Master implementation expertise. The consultant will support the ERP LN transformation program by leading item setup processes, Windchill-to-ERP LN integrations, engineering master data governance, and multisite item deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of ERP LN Item Management processes.
• Drive Windchill to ERP LN item setup and synchronization processes.
• Support item master creation, item-by-site configuration, ownership sites, planning attributes, purchasing attributes, and manufacturing data setup.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Support integration design and testing between Windchill, ION, and ERP LN.
• Conduct GAP analysis, solution design, CRP testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure standard ERP LN functionality is leveraged whenever possible.
• Create functional specifications, business process documentation, and training materials.
