Job summary

Merino Consulting Services seeks an experienced Infor LN Functional Consultant with engineering and item management expertise to guide ERP LN implementation across multiple sites. You will lead item setup, governance, and Windchill-to-ERP LN integrations, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams.

You will also conduct GAP analyses, design solutions, and manage testing activities (CRP/SIT/UAT) while delivering training materials and process

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Infor LN / BAAN functional consulting experience.
• Experience with Item Management and multisite item configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Windchill PLM integration with ERP LN and ION integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of ERP LN Item Management processes.
• Drive Windchill to ERP LN item setup and synchronization processes.
• Support item master creation, item-by-site configuration, ownership sites, planning attributes, purchasing attributes, and manufacturing data setup.
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Support integration design and testing between Windchill, ION, and ERP LN.
• Conduct GAP analysis, solution design, CRP testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure standard ERP LN functionality is leveraged where possible.
• Create functional specifications, business process documentation, and training materials.

Job Role: Infor LN Functional Consultants - Engineering & Item Management

Duration: 12 Months (With Possibility of further Extension)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Functional Consultant with strong Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Item Master implementation expertise. The consultant will support the ERP LN transformation program by leading item setup processes, Windchill-to-ERP LN integrations, engineering master data governance, and multisite item deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of ERP LN Item Management processes.
• Drive Windchill to ERP LN item setup and synchronization processes.
• Support item master creation, item-by-site configuration, ownership sites, planning attributes, purchasing attributes, and manufacturing data setup.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Support integration design and testing between Windchill, ION, and ERP LN.
• Conduct GAP analysis, solution design, CRP testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure standard ERP LN functionality is leveraged whenever possible.
• Create functional specifications, business process documentation, and training materials.

• Experience with Project Hercules or similar ERP transformation programs.
• Experience with Engineering Change Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
