Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an experienced Senior Infor LN Functional Consultant in San Diego, CA to lead Item Management and engineering master data initiatives within our ERP LN transformation program.

The role focuses on Windchill-to-ERP LN integrations, multisite item deployment, and close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and IT teams. Strong governance and training material creation are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Infor LN/BAAN functional consulting experience.
• 5+ years implementing Item Management, Engineering Item Setup, Multisite Item Configuration, Item Master Governance, Manufacturing and Procurement integration.
• 5+ years of Windchill PLM integration with ERP LN.
• 2+ years of Infor ION integrations.
• 2+ years of supporting global ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of ERP LN Item Management processes.
• Drive Windchill to ERP LN item setup and synchronization processes.
• Support item master creation, item-by-site configuration, ownership sites, planning attributes, purchasing attributes, and manufacturing data setup.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Support integration design and testing between Windchill, ION, and ERP LN.
• Conduct GAP analysis, solution design, CRP testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare activities.
• Ensure standard ERP LN functionality is leveraged whenever possible.
• Create functional specifications, business process documentation, and training materials.
