Job summary

The Planet Group is seeking a Senior Infor LN Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable ERP solutions. This hands-on role covers custom LN development, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation across ERP modernization efforts.

You will collaborate with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions while supporting upgrades, migrations, and production environments. Remote work option is available.

Qualifications

5–8+ years hands-on Infor LN development experience required.
Experiences across Infor ecosystem including integrations, data, and document-management capabilities.
Strong knowledge of Infor LN development tools, programming language, session customization, scripts/macros, and data dictionary objects.
Hands-on experience with Infor ION and document flows, mappings, BODs, and integration APIs.
Strong REST and SOAP API development, including authentication, error handling, and versioning.
Experience configuring business process models, activities, and workflow orchestration.
Strong LN reporting experience: reports, layouts, datasets, print profiles.
Solid SQL skills and ERP database experience.
Experience with performance optimization, data migration, reconciliation, or ETL processes.
Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts, disciplined software development practices.
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Infor LN customizations using established standards.
Customize and maintain LN reports, layouts, datasets, printing, distribution, and performance optimization.
Translate functional requirements into clear technical designs.
Create technical specs, test plans, and deployment docs.
Participate in code reviews, release planning, and change-control processes.
Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs and SQL traces, and implement long-term fixes.
Build and maintain integrations using Infor ION and related technologies.
Develop and support REST and SOAP APIs for internal and third-party apps.
Configure and maintain business process models, activities, and workflow automation.
Apply security practices: RBAC, authorization, segregation of duties, audit controls.
Support development, testing, training, and production environments.
Coordinate code promotion, releases, and deployments.
Contribute to data conversion, migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
