Planet Group seeks a Senior Infor LN Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable ERP solutions. You’ll work across custom development, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and ERP modernization to deliver practical, reliable results.

You’ll collaborate with business users, architects, and technical teams to translate requirements into maintainable solutions while supporting implementations, upgrades, and production environments.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on Infor LN development experience.
• Experience with integrations, data, and document management in the Infor ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN development tools, programming language, session customization, scripts/macros, and data dictionary objects.
• Hands-on with Infor ION, including document flows, mappings, BODs, and integration APIs.
• Strong REST and SOAP API development experience with authentication and versioning.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Infor LN Developer to design, develop, integrate, and support scalable ERP solutions.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on LN developer who enjoys working across custom development, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and ERP modernization

You'll work closely with business users, functional consultants, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions while supporting ongoing implementations, upgrades, and production environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Infor LN Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Infor LN customizations using established development standards.
• Customize and maintain LN reports, including layouts, datasets, printing, distribution, and performance optimization.
• Translate functional requirements into clear and maintainable technical designs.
• Create technical specifications, test plans, and deployment documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, release planning, and change-control processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs and SQL traces, and implement long‑term solutions.

Integrations & Workflow

• Build and maintain integrations using Infor ION and related integration technologies.
• Develop and support REST and SOAP APIs for internal and third‑party applications.
• Configure and maintain business process models, activities, and workflow automation.
• Apply appropriate security practices, including role‑based access, authorization, segregation of duties, and audit controls.

Environments & Releases

• Support development, testing, training, and production environments.
• Coordinate code promotion, releases, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to data conversion, migration, reconciliation, validation, and cutover activities during implementations and upgrades.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Participate in Agile planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demonstrations.
• Work directly with business users to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Balance immediate business priorities with technical debt, scalability, and long‑term maintainability.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior or less‑experienced developers.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands‑on Infor LN development experience.
• Experience working across the broader Infor ecosystem, including integrations, data, and document‑management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Infor LN development tools and programming language, session customization, scripts/macros, and data dictionary objects.
• Hands‑on experience with Infor ION, including document flows, mappings, BODs, and integration APIs.
• Strong REST and SOAP API development experience, including authentication, authorization, error handling, and versioning.
• Experience configuring business process models, activities, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong LN reporting experience, including report layouts, variables, queries, and print profiles.
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with ERP databases.
• Experience with performance optimization, data migration, reconciliation, or ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Git or Azure DevOps, CI/CD concepts, and disciplined software development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives while working effectively with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing, warehouse execution, or mobile operations.
• Exposure to product configuration or CPQ solutions.
• Familiarity with EDI, event‑driven integrations, and message queues.
• Experience with automated testing, deployment, and monitoring tools.
• Infor certifications in LN, integration, or related platform technologies.

Functional Experience

Experience supporting one or more of the following areas is a plus:

• Warehouse operations
• Inventory management
• Receiving, picking, and cycle counts
• Sales orders, pricing, fulfillment, and shipping
• Invoicing, tax, and financial posting
• Procurement and purchase orders
• Supplier/vendor management

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on Infor LN developer who can work independently while partnering closely with functional and business teams.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of development work from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Strong candidates will bring a combination of deep LN development expertise, integration experience, solid SQL skills, and the ability to understand the business processes behind the technology.
