Job summary

Node.Digital in Arlington, VA seeks an Information Systems Security Specialist to support a critical client mission. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance. You will manage RMF lifecycle for IT systems, guide risk assessments, and coordinate with ISSM and CISO to satisfy ATO requirements.

Hands-on Linux/AWS and security control implementation are essential for success. Experience with DHS IT security standards, SIEM tools, and endpoint protection like CrowdStrike or CarbonBlack is highly valued;

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with DHS suitability ability.
• 5+ years in information security management.
• Hands-on Linux or AWS experience.
• RMF process experience from initiation to ATO.

Responsibilities

• Manage RMF lifecycle for IT systems as part of a team.
• Assist leadership on major tasks and technology assignments.
• Lead security planning, control implementation, and POAM management.
• Collaborate with ISSM and CISO to satisfy ATO requirements.
• Support risk analyses and provide domain knowledge for critical projects.
