Job summary

Quadcode, a fintech company delivering SaaS trading platform solutions, seeks a Senior Influence Manager to lead influencer partnerships and educational projects on YouTube and beyond. You will drive end-to-end collaboration with fintech creators globally to boost brand awareness and measurable business impact.

Ideal candidates have 2-3+ years in influencer marketing, strong project management skills, and fluency in Russian and English.

Qualifications

2-3+ years in influencer marketing or digital media.
Experience with YouTube creators and fintech/trading influencers.
Knowledge of end-to-end project marketing cycles.
Ability to tie creator performance to brand metrics.
Experience coordinating multilingual creator teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Russian (native) and English (B2+) proficiency.

Responsibilities

Source and build relationships with YouTube and fintech influencers.
Develop educational and creator-led projects with YouTube and other platforms.
Prepare concepts, briefs and collaboration formats with creators and internal teams.
Manage projects end-to-end: outreach, negotiations, approvals, production coordination, launch and reporting.
Conduct post-campaign analysis: assess content, traffic, conversions and business impact.
