Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in influencer marketing, strong negotiation and project management skills, and fluency in Russian and English.

• Source and manage relationships with YouTube and fintech/investing influencers.
• Develop and launch educational and creator-led projects.
• Prepare briefs and collaboration concepts with creators and internal teams.
• Run end-to-end campaigns: outreach, negotiations, approvals, production and launch.
• Analyze post-campaign content performance and business impact.
