Job summary

A&F Trading Co. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Influencer Marketing to lead influencer marketing initiatives. This role involves managing relationships with creators, optimizing campaigns, and executing strategies that align with our global marketing goals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably with large lifestyle/fashion brands.
• 3+ years of program development/management experience with influencer or ambassador programs.
• Experience managing an external agency vendor/partner is preferred.

• Lead planning sessions to integrate creator activations into campaigns.
