American Airlines in Charlotte is seeking a Sr. Inflight Manager to lead front-line teams, ensure a safe and high-performing operation, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate resources, support flight attendants, and drive initiatives across departments while maintaining compliance with policies and union agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience in customer service industry.
• Prior leadership experience leading a team.
• Shift work including weekends and holidays; on-site at base/location.

Responsabilités

• Serve as escalation point for Flight attendants in base.
• Allocate resources to meet operational goals safely.
• Promote cross-department communication to meet common goals.
• Represent Inflight at station meetings and partner with teams.
• Onboard and mentor new Inflight Ops team members.
• Manage and coordinate new hire programs and ad hoc projects.
• Support base leader and participate in on-call rotations.
