Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to infection prevention or healthcare.
• Infection Prevention experience in a healthcare setting.
• CBIC and related infection prevention certifications are listed as required/licensed.

Responsibilities

• Leads and implements the IPC program and practices across the organization.
• Mentors IP staff and collaborates with leadership to align IPC goals.
• Applies epidemiologic principles to surveillance and improvement efforts.
• Evaluates surveillance plans and recommends improvements.
• Develops IPC education programs tailored to audience needs.
• Conducts IPC assessments and communicates findings and recommendations.
