Job summary

Genpact LLC seeks an Associate Principal in Industry Advisory with a strong semiconductor background to lead supply chain transformations and AI-enabled initiatives for global clients. You will shape engagement strategy, drive deal shaping, and mentor junior consultants in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

You will collaborate with COOs/CSCOs, apply data analytics and IBP/S&OP tools, publish research, and develop industry offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.

Responsibilities

Drive multimillion-dollar consulting sales pipelines by leading deal shaping, proposal development, and executive pitches.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams executing large-scale transformations, supply chain transformation, digitisation, tech./AI implementations.
Grow the semiconductor unit by developing junior consultants and creating methodologies, industry offerings and frameworks.
Publish research on global supply chain resilience and geopolitical/export control challenges.
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with executives to drive governance and quality.
