Job summary

Hatch is seeking an Industrial Water Process Engineer to lead and support industrial water projects within Hatch's Industrial Water group, focusing on mining, metals, oil and gas, and data centers. The role blends design engineering with hands-on problem solving and project leadership.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage client communications, prepare proposals, and contribute to studies and reports. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of relevant experience and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

15+ years of Industrial Water experience across mining/metals, oil & gas, desalination, and/or data centers.
Experience with advanced water treatment technologies (Ultrafiltration, Reverse Osmosis, Evaporation/Crystallization).
Strong design management and project leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Promote Hatch's Industrial Water services across the Industrial Water Sector.
Mentor and develop junior engineers within the Industrial Water team.
Lead and contribute to engineering studies, designs, reports, and presentations.
Prepare proposals, and client communications.
Ensure quality assurance and control throughout project execution.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Explore and implement innovative water management solutions.
