Parametrix, a 100% employee-owned consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Industrial Water Engineer to lead design and management of complex water/wastewater projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• PE license required and 20+ years of industrial water/wastewater engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with treatment processes, piping, and infrastructure design in water/wastewater contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage industrial water/wastewater projects, including plans, specs and engineering documents.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Foster client relationships and pursue opportunities to grow the industrial water practice.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and resource allocation.
