Job summary
On Point Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Industrial Wastewater Operator in Morris County, NJ, to manage large-scale wastewater operations across northern and central NJ. A NJ Wastewater Operator License N3/N4 or equivalent is required.
The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, data reporting, and leadership of operations staff and subcontractors. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience, strong knowledge of physical/chemical treatment processes, and flexibility for overtime
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial wastewater operations.
- License required: NJ Industrial Wastewater Operator License N3/N4 or equivalent.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends; reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure personal safety and comply with site safety requirements.
- Maintain performance and compliance of treatment systems per permit standards.
- Engage with client organizations, including engineering departments and site managers.
- Train and lead operations staff; oversee subcontractors and vendors as needed.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
