Job summary

Bristol Bay Services, LLC seeks a Senior Security Manager to lead the enterprise industrial security function across multiple cleared Government contracting companies. You will serve as FSO, ITPSO, and KMP, ensuring NISPOM compliance, insider threat activities, and clearance management.

The role requires directing security programs, coordinating with DCSA, and building a resilient team with disciplined security practices to support growing portfolios and special contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible industrial security experience in U.S. Government contracting organizations.
• Significant hands-on experience performing FSO responsibilities under the NISP.
• Demonstrated experience with personnel security, facility clearances, DCSA interactions, and security self-inspections.
• Demonstrated experience leading security personnel and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the industrial security team across workloads and performance expectations.
• Serve as designated FSO for cleared entities and oversee NISPOM and related requirements.
• Act as ITPSO for insider threat activities including training, documentation, and reporting.
• Serve as KMP and maintain clearance eligibility and required training.
