Leidos is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative (ISR) / CPSO in Alexandria, VA to safeguard classified information, manage clearances, and oversee OSS/SCIF programs. Qualifications

• Typically requires a BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Prior experience as a Facility Security Officer and CPSO through working knowledge of the NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs.
• Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations.
• Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements for OSS, SCIFs, and collateral Restricted Areas (ICD 705).
• Proficiency with government and security databases such as NISS, DISS, eQIP, SIMS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ISR/CPSO duties including OSS/SCIF accreditation, inspections, and visit request processing.
• Manage Personnel Security actions and SCI nominations per customer requirements.
• Maintain personnel security databases and track clearance actions and training.
• Perform security self-inspections and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with Leidos security professionals, PMs, and external government stakeholders.
• Document compliance activities and utilize centralized databases for metrics.
