Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative (ISR)/CPSO to support Alexandria, VA operations. The role focuses on safeguarding classified information, managing OSS/SCIF facilities, and processing clearance actions in line with DoD requirements.

The candidate will interact with DoD officials, manage access controls, and ensure security education and training across programs. A TS/SCI clearance with poly is required, with extensive experience in industrial security disciplines.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BA degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; Masters may reduce years required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly is required.
• Experience as a Facility Security Officer and CPSO is expected.
• Strong knowledge of ICD 705 and related security directives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and accreditation of OSS and SCIFs, including inspections and visit requests.
• Process personnel security actions and SCI nomination packages.
• Maintain security databases tracking clearances and training status.
• Coordinate with government customers and Leidos security teams.
