Job summary

Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) seeks a SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST to lead the Due Diligence team, oversee 10+ staff, and ensure timely EVA production evaluating company risk indicators and vulnerabilities. The role requires expert guidance on security processes and collaboration with government and industry partners.

Responsibilities include mentoring, workflow optimization, KPI monitoring, and coordinating with leadership to mitigate vulnerabilities

Qualifications

• Specialized experience with industrial security (NISP).
• Experience managing programs related to economics, business, or corporate law.
• Ability to analyze workflows, metrics, and needs with security focus.
• Ability to mentor and train staff to meet performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise up to ten team leads and analysts, including contractor staff.
• Provide technical direction to government, contractor and external staff.
• Advise management and high-level officials on security and business issues.
• Identify improvements and implement solutions across workflows and guidance.
• Monitor KPIs and disseminate team metrics to supervisors.
• Manage workloads with case prioritization and suspense dates.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members.
