As a Senior Security Analyst in the Special Programs Security team, you will work with customers and the government on security requirements for proprietary programs, providing guidance and support to employees working on such activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG) related to classified environments, including personnel processing, media control, document/material marking and control, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified materials.
  2. Implement local SOPs, OPSEC plans, and proprietary test plans using risk management guidelines.
  3. Oversee procedures for transmitting classified and proprietary materials/information.
  4. Conduct internal reviews and participate in government inspections.
  5. Investigate security infractions/violations, prepare reports on potential loss or compromise, and assess risks to programs.
  6. Travel may be required for business and after-hours support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in security or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Active, transferrable U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance required prior to start; US citizenship is mandatory.
  • Experience in administering security procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SAP and/or SCI programs.
  • Training from DCSA, CDSE, or similar agencies.

Additional Information

The salary range is $66,000 - $130,000, dependent on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible schedules, paid time off, and more.
