Job summary

Local candidates with 5 years of industrial project experience, estimating and planning are preferred. The role requires strong rigging, mechanical systems knowledge, and a proven ability to manage bids and costs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial rigging, mechanical installation, or project management on industrial projects up to $1M with high complexity.
• Strong understanding of rigging techniques, heavy lifting, and industrial mechanical systems.
• 10-15 years of client relationship and business development experience, including leading bids.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, process adherence, ownership/commitment, learning agility and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Actively promotes and strengthens our core values and culture through daily actions.
• Plans, develops and oversees site projects with client and supervision.
• Responsible for all aspects of cost management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Uses scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders and contracts to manage scope changes.
• Identifies and cultivates opportunities by building relationships.
• Plans and schedules resources to meet project demands.
