Job summary

MPI oversees industrial and TI/renovation projects in Orlando, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with strict quality controls. You will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety standards on-site.

A successful Superintendent will lead, communicate with project managers and clients, and maintain thorough project documentation while driving project progress and resolving on-site issues.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects, particularly in industrial and renovations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee teams and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of industrial and renovation construction sites.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specifications and standards.
